Google will only take my car away when they pry the steering wheel from my cold, dead hand

Okay, as an American, I love to drive. Most Americans do. And I, like most Americans, love my car. To us, driving is a right of passage, you turn 16, you get to drive. It is so iconic that SWTOR actually put it in the game. Yes, they call it a speeder, but let's face it, it's a CAR! And owning a car is special, especially that first one. Even if it's a junk heap, it's ours. Cars represent freedom. We can go wherever we please, whenever we please. Need to go to the supermarket? Hop in the car. Want to hit Mcdonalds Drive through, hop in the car. Want to take Route 66 out to LA, hop in the car.

Well, Google wants to change all that with their robocars. Yes, cars that drive themselves are cool and all, but Google wants to go well beyond that. Google's aim is to eliminate driving altogether. If Google has its way, only Google robocars would be allowed on the road. On top of that, Google wants to ban the personal automobile! Yes, Google would have its own fleet of robotaxis, which would be the only cars allowed on the roads. Want to go to the supermarket, call a Google robotaxi. Want to hit the Mcdonalds drive through, call a Google robotaxi. Google is touting this as a safety issue, but let's be honest here, it is Google taking over another aspect of our daily lives for profit.

The result on the economy would be devastating, but Google would make out fine. ALL auto plants would close because only Google would be allowed to make cars. ALL gas and service stations would close, too, as well as all auto parts stores. Insurance companies would face massive layoffs. Not to mention all the taxi drivers that would be put out of work. And for what? To give Google more money and more control?

Let's just say NO to this. No, Google you cannot take away my car. No, Google, you can not take away my freedom. No, Google, you cannot control my life.

Remember, when cars are outlawed, only outlaws will have cars.

Note to Google: New England is in the United States

We changed our slogan from Traditional New England Craftsmanship to Traditional Massachusetts Craftsmanship because ‪Google‬ thought we were a European Company instead of being located in the USA. Evidently ‪Google‬ doesn't think the American Revolution happened & still thinks of us in Boston as part of the colonies of Great Britain.

Windows 8 Sucks and the choice of Operating Systems

We've been hearing it a lot lately, Windows 8 sucks! Well, some people like it, some people hate it and some folks want to bend it to their will and turn it back into Windows 7 with Metro UI switcher (STILL included with every Windows 8 system we ship), which even restores the Start button and Menu!!! Hiding the shutdown button in the Systems Settings? Seriously Microsoft, what were you thinking?

But in the end, the heart wants what the heart wants and who are we to stand in your way. With us, it's always been about empowering the user and offering choices, so that's what we're doing going forward.

So, if you want your system with Windows 7 instead of Windows 8, you can choose that. Just look for the checkbox on the order page and choose Windows 7.

Do you prefer Linux? Many folks do! So we're offering that option on ALL of our non-specialized machines, (Our Digital Signage, Text Messaging and Point of Sales Signage Printing systems don't come with Linux, sorry).

We are even giving you your choice of Linux Distro! You can choose Debian Linux, SUSE Linux or Ubuntu Linux!

Unlike the big guys or the folks that were bought by the big guys, we are small and can be more responsive and agile. So we can offer you choices. And we will.

Boston Your My Home

I'm wanna tell you a story
I'm wanna tell you about my town
I'm gonna tell you a big fat story, baby
Aww, it's all about my town

Yeah, down by the river
Down by the banks of the river Charles
Aw, that's what's happening baby
That's where you'll find me
Along with lovers, muggers and thieves
Aw, but they're cool people

Well I love that dirty water
Oh, Boston you're my home
Oh, you're the number one place

Frustrated women (I mean they're frustrated)
Have to be in by twelve o'clock (oh, that's a shame)
But I'm wishin' and a hopin', oh
That just once those doors weren't locked
I like to save time for my baby to walk around

Well I love that dirty water
Oh, Boston you're my home (oh yeah)

'Cause I love that dirty water
Oh, Boston you're my home (oh, yeah)
